Order Notice:
1.Since computer screen may display color differently, we are trying our best to avoid color shade when taking photos, and your understand of this shade difference will be great appreciated.
2.Color&Size: Any dress under our "in stock" catalog will be available in sizes and colors as advised in web page, if your size and color not listed, please contact our support staff to see the possibility.
3.Dresses stored at our bridal warehouse are all finished dresses. For customers who require non-customized service, you can select the appropriate dress according to the size details listed in the available size chart. Dresses are stocked for short periods, and are available for quick delivery. This service is conveniently designed for customers who require urgent delivery of wedding or special occasion dresses.
4.Shipping Time: We will need 2-3 days to prepare your gown, and then ship it out via express service which may take 3-5 working days to your destination. So you are supposed to receive your gown within 10 days after order. However, this is not guaranteed; please contact our us for expedited service.

* Delivery Time.
We need 1-2 days to process your order before shipping.There are two shipping methoed. Fast Delivery: The delivery time for US, European countries the delivery will take 3-5 days.Slow Delivery: The delivery time for US, European countries the delivery will take 10-15 days.
* Tracking information.
After we ship package, customer receive automatic email with tracking details.
* Lost Package Policy.
If a package did not arrive in 4 weeks after the shipping date, then this package is treated as Lost. In this case a new package will be shipped to the customer provided we are able to give the same items as those purchased by the customer. If we are not able to provide the same items to substitute the lost ones we will either propose to the customer similar items or refund their cost as it will be mutually agree with the customer. If one or more items neither the same nor similar are available to be shipped, the customer can request to cancel the order entirely, thus the total cost of the order including shipping and handling cost will be fully refunded.
